Who are we?

Farmer Cooker is a forum for farmers market or home garden recipes.

Living in Santa Cruz, California we are spoiled with amazing farmers markets everywhere and have decided to pay tribute to these lovely men and women who take it upon themselves to grow a delightful crop for their friends and neighbors. We invite all you culinary experts to share with us what’s your favorite recipe from your local farmer’s market!

Have a garden at home instead?  We do too and I must say that the feeling of going outside to pick your fruits or veggies makes me feel like an animal (you know, a highly evolved one). We’re sure you’re just as proud as us and wish to share your delicious homegrown mint mojito recipe or straight from the tree apple pie!
